JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and taking care of Front Office under scope of reception by taking care and warm welcome visitors and guests with proper and professional manner.
- Ensure that clean desk policy is implemented and that the area around the reception desk is presentable at all times.
- Receive & distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Ensure outgoing mail and packages are kept safely until messenger takes them for delivery
- Dealing and screening incoming calls and e-mails.
- Organizing/managing logistics; company cars, travelling tickets, accommodation and meeting room booking.
- Assisting in office administration as assigned.
- Acting as Personal Assistant to support Managements on minutes of meetings, daily schedule, reimbursement and any other assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Female, age not more than 35 years old, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed.
- Experienced in Administration and Secretarial will be advantage.
- Good communication in English and Chinese (preferable).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Neat, well dressed and groomed appearance.
- Be able to work independently and be part of a team.
- Positive with “CAN DO” attitude, energetic and service minded.
- Computer literate – MS Office.
