Investment Analyst

Construct and maintain financial models/valuations for investment decisions (e.g., feasibility study of new investment/expansion projects, and merger & acquisition, joint venture, and other purposes).
Perform financial models/analysis for investment project.
Analyze economic and public company data, including financial statements, to conduct valuation and operational benchmarking.
Prepare documents for internal and external purposes, including writing investment committee memos and presentations to partners.
Preparing presentations and regular reporting of business performance.
Assist on ad-hoc analysis and assigned projects.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Proficient in financial analysis, investment analysis, Project Feasibility, and data analysis.
Knowledge in Financial Modelling, Project Feasibility, JV, and M&A.
3+ years extensive experience within the real estate industry (e.g., office and hotel property investment experience preferred), Investment Banking, or Real Estate Advisory firm.
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, including ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
Must be proficient in written and spoken English
